Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Leroy Haulsey, an Air Force and Navy civil service retiree, has over 35 years of federal contracting experience. He holds a B.S. degree in electrical and electronics from Cal-Poly University and has extensive systems engineering and logistics experience. In addition to having a comprehensive and intimate knowledge of military and commercial systems, Mr. Haulsey is an expert in the engineering specialties of reliability, maintainability, availability, system safety, supportability, and integrated logistics support (ILS) support services.
